 How do I log in?
  Access the E-Edition at epaper.gftribune.com . The user name and password fields are located in the upper left corner of this page to the left of the Tribune E-Paper Logo. Once you enter this information, a new web page will open up with the words “http://es1.technavia.com followed by Great Falls Tribune in the blue bar across the very top of your screen.  
 
I've logged in, but the page does not display?  
  Please be aware that if you have a pop-up blocker the page may potentially be blocked as it tries to load. You will have to allow it through the blocker. If you have additional problems logging into the E-paper, please contact Lou Dewaele, Circulation Sales Retention Manager at 406.791.6543 or by email ldewaele@greatfallstribune.com.

Will it be offered to non-deliverable addresses only?  
  No, it will be available to all current subscribers and non-subscribers.  
 
What is the cost to subscribe?  
  7 Day e-paper only $15.65/mo.
Combo of print/e-paper $21.22/mo.
Sunday only e-paper only $7.58/mo.
 
 
What time will my e-paper be available to me?  
  You will be able to read your copy by 6 a.m., seven days a week  
 
Can I subscribe to Sunday only?  
  Yes!  
 
Can I read my e-paper at home and at work on my computers?  
  Yes. You can access the site on 3 ISP addresses within a 24 hour period.  
 
Why is the digital cost the same as a regular subscription if you don't have to deliver it to me?  
  The delivery method has changed to an electronic system which requires us to pay monthly fees for service. The Tribune's already low price is made available to our readers because advertisers help to augment the costs of producing the newspaper daily.  
 
Will it be exactly like the regular newspaper?  
  Yes. You will be viewing an on-screen edition exactly as it appears in print each morning! You will also be able to print on demand anything you'd like to keep.  
 
What will happen to the free website news that is offered now?  
  We will continue to offer online customers free access to our website so they can read the top stories, but for customers wanting all the stories and more, we can offer the e-paper.  
 
If I miss a day of e-paper can I go back and read what I missed?  
  Yes. Your e-papers will be archived free for 7days.  
 
If I am a print subscriber and go on vacation, can I subscribe to the e-paper temporarily rather than have my newspapers waiting for me when I get back?  
  Temporary e-paper subscriptions are available for a minimum of 30 days. When on vacation, please donate your editions to the Tribune's Literacy Outreach program.  
 
Will the reader have to scroll through the whole thing to find what they want to read?  
  The e-paper will be searchable by day and keyword.  
 
I just changed my username and/or password. Why can't I log in?  
  The Tribune uses two separate systems that coordinate with each other only once per evening. Changes made today in the customer service database will take effect for the e-paper tomorrow. If you need changes made effective for the e-paper immediately, please call customer service at 1-888-424-TRIB.  
 
I subscribed to the e-edition today and I'm having problems logging in.
